Returns Policy

We feel confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. We aim to give you a personal service second to none. Customer satisfaction is our absolute priority.

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us first via email, clearly stating your reasons and our customer service team will get back to you. The goods should then be returned within 7 days, in the original condition, unworn, with the same packaging using a ‘sign upon delivery service’ for their safe return. We cannot be held responsible for returned items going lost in the post.

In the rare event of you not being delighted, full refunds will be issued on all standard length garments. For obvious reasons, partial refunds will be given to garments made to order with individual length specifications shorter than the standard lengths. This does not affect your statuary rights.

In the event of a genuine fault, full refunds will be given. We value your custom and want you to enjoy your purchase. Please contact us in the first instance, if this is not the case. All garments are checked thoroughly to the highest standard before they are dispatched to you.
 
To ensure you have ordered the correct size, please give your actual body measurements in relation to the garment, with your order. For example, measure your bust and/or waist in inches. For the garments to look great on each individual, we want to be certain you will have the best possible fit. We cannot be held responsible if you have ordered the wrong size or taken the wrong measurement. Our garments are made to actual body measurements rather than sizing for accuracy. We feel that standard dress sizes are unreliable, varying too much from different outlets.
